Good quality product can be returned within 10 business days after delivery only if original packaging was not opened or damaged.
Product without defect return:
If Buyer wants to return product with no defects, it must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and unopened wrap. After receiving product, Seller will send money back to Buyers selected bank account within 2 weeks. The cost of shipping is covered by Buyer.
Product with defect return:
If buyer received product with defect (caused by manufacturer or shipping damage), Seller replaces product with exactly the same, but good quality product. The cost of shipping is covered by Seller.
To return product you ordered:
- Buyer and Seller will arrange a date and time when shipping service will deliver product back.
- Product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and unopened wrap.
- Invoice and warranty service book must be attached to returned product (if applicable).
