1. General terms

1.1. These general terms and conditions govern without restriction the sales of products made between https://royaldream.eu/ shop (Seller) and the Customers. Any order of a Product offered on the Site implies the Customer’s full acceptance of these Terms and conditions. They constitute, with the validation and confirmation of the order, the contract concluded between Seller and the Customer.

1.2 Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a new version on the site. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable for those, who placed an order on the site by adding items to card, accepting terms and conditions and clicking on “Oder”.

2. Purpose

2.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the rights and obligations of the Parties resulting from the sale of Products offered on the Site.

2.2. The products purchased via the site https://royaldream.eu/ are sold through the company MB ”Supk Kurk”, which offers them good quality products, delivered with all necessary accessories, as detailed on the store.

2.3. The validation of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the order summary sent to the Customer by email and the Customer’s payment constitute proof of the conclusion of a contract between Seller and the Customer, which will be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Customers must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to conclude such a contract, otherwise it will not be valid.

3. Personal data processing

3.1 Registration

3.1.1 The accuracy of the personal data provided by the Customer falls within his exclusive responsibility;

3.1.2. On the creation of his account, the Customer chooses a login and a password which will be specific to him to identify himself on the Site. He is responsible for keeping these elements confidential and do not provide it to any unauthorized third party individuals.

3.1.3. Using his identifiers, the Customer can access his account at any time (outside of temporary periods of maintenance of the Site) and place an Order, follow his Orders or deliveries in progress or manage his personal information.

3.2 Placing the order

3.2.1. The Customer may place orders on the site when he has entered his identifiers. He may add all Products identified as available to his shopping cart using the corresponding button, which will be indicated on the Site.

3.2.2. The shopping basket remains available and can be modified until the definitive validation of his purchase order by the Customer.

4.2.3. Once the content of his shopping basket is validated, the Customer can confirm his Order by completing the following steps:

• Confirm the Products and the quantities selected;
• Complete all the information requested by the Site;
• Accept without reservation the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, by clicking on the button indicated;
• Validate the payment, by clicking on the button indicated.

3.2.4. The Customer is entirely responsible for the accuracy of the identification and delivery information he provides to Seller by placing an Order on the Site.

4. Invoices

4.1. After placing an Order, the Customer will receive an Order confirmation by email. Once payment has been confirmed, the Seller will issue an invoice and send it to the email address provided by the Customer.

5. Delivery

5.1. Orders are dispatched after payment has been confirmed. The Customer will be notified by email when the Order has been shipped.

5.2. If an Order contains Products with different availability dates, the Order will normally be dispatched in a single shipment once all Products are available, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

5.3. Estimated delivery times are:

• European Union: 3–7 business days;
• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days;
• United States: 5–15 business days.

5.4. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.

5.5. Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during checkout. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information is complete and accurate.

5.6. If an Order is delayed, damaged, or partially or completely lost, the Customer should contact the Seller as soon as possible at info@royaldream.eu or by phone at +370 671 90077. This request does not limit the Customer’s statutory rights.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Legal Guarantee

6.1. The Customer may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the Products, subject to any exceptions provided by applicable law.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller at info@royaldream.eu within the 14-day period. The Products must then be returned within 14 days after the Customer has notified the Seller.

6.3. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning Products following a change of mind, unless the Seller agrees otherwise or applicable law requires the Seller to cover the cost.

6.4. The Customer may handle the Products only as much as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Products should be returned with their original packaging, labels, and accessories where reasonably possible. The Customer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for inspection.

6.5. The Seller will refund eligible payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, within 14 days after being informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Products have been returned or the Customer provides evidence that they have been sent back.

6.6. Products that are faulty or do not conform to the contract are covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee where required by applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the Customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

6.7. The Seller will cover reasonable return costs when Products are faulty, damaged on delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

6.8. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the Customer’s country.
